Artist

Edwin Tres Reyes is a blue-blooded Manileno by birth, and studied in University of Santo Tomas College of Fine Arts and Architecture. he first worked as art director for one of the country’s largest advertising agencies, Ammirati Puris Lintas. He later quit his job to work full-time as artist, participating in group shows and mounting his solo show at Galerie Joaquin.

Tres Reyes has also evolved in his recent works, proffering a more surrealist and abstract quality to his images than those of his earlier period. It can only augur well for this artist who continues to surprise his audience of collectors and gallery goers with the primal and sensual pleasures afforded by his art. http://www.galeriejoaquin.com
