Edwin Tres Reyes
Studied Fine Arts at the University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture and Fine Arts, Edwin Tres Reyes worked as paste up artist, illustrator, visualizer and art director for one of the country’s largest advertising agencies, Ammirati Puris Lintas now (LOWE). After seven years in the advertising agency, he became a full-time artist and mounted his first solo show at Galerie Joaquin in 2003. From his abstract acrylics to his more recent light-hearted depictions of political figures, the innate wit and openness to interpretation of his paintings make his works conversation pieces.
